Representing Bank Hapoalim

We are pleased to have represented Bank Hapoalim in a finance transaction with Rimon Energy for the purpose of the development, construction and operation of three electricity generation facilities at industrial factories, which will be fired by natural gas and supply electricity and steam to the factories and to the electricity grid. The facilities will operate in accordance with regulations issued by the Electricity Authority for gas-fired electricity generation facilities connected to the electricity distribution grid. Bank Hapoalim was represented by partner Uri Mandel, associate Oren Tal and intern Shada Samara from our firm’s Energy, Infrastructure and Project Finance Department.
