We are happy to have represented our client, HyperGuest, in its $23 Million Series A financing round led by Lightspeed Venture Partners, with the participation of Viola Ventures and Thayer Ventures.
HyperGuest developed a system to optimize the booking process of hotel rooms.
HyperGuest was represented by partners Roy Caner and Yael Benyayer and associate Assaf Meltz from our HiTech, Corporate and M&A Department.
