In January 2019, our firm represented Vertex Ventures and Dell Technologies Capital in a $8.2 million investment in Cymulate Ltd.. Cymulate is developing a breach and attack simulation platform, which tests the vulnerability of the client’s systems when facing cyber threats and analyzes the client’s ability to respond to real incidents.
Vertex Ventures and Dell Technologies Capital were represented by Roy Caner, the head of EBN’s Hi-tech department, and attorney Yael Gershon Gobernik.
