In October 2019, our firm represented S2G Ventures, Emerald Technology Ventures, and Tyson Ventures, in an approximately $14 million investment in Future Meat Technologies.
Future Meat Technologies is a Jerusalem-based biotechnology company advancing a distributive manufacturing platform for the cost-efficient, GMO-free production of meat directly from animal cells, without the need to raise or harvest animals.
The investors were represented by Roy Caner, the head of our Hi-Tech Department, Jonathan Achiron (partner), Bar Kram (associate), and Dan Ben-Zvi (intern).
