Protecting the Milk Industry
The Israeli Cattle Breeders Association (ICBA) has filed a petition with the Supreme Court in its capacity as a High Court of Justice against the free import of butter following the decision of Finance Minister, Moshe Kahlon, to cancel all customs and import quotas on butter.
The ICBA is represented by Ran Sprinzak, Nir Nordan and Chai Ifrach of our litigation department.
