Na’aman Group Acquires Home Style

Naaman – Vardinon completes a transaction to acquire control of Or Sun Ltd., which owns the home textile brand – HomeStyle, and specializes in the manufacturing and importing of home textiles.
Naaman – Vardinon was represented by the partner Alon Binyamini along with Adv. Bat El Eliaszada, and the interns Dorin Pinkas and Bar Fenster.
