We are pleased to announce that Moty Yamin, former director of the Corporate Finance Department at the Israel Securities Authority (ISA), joined our firm as head of the Securities and Capital Markets Department. Moty is an acclaimed expert in all aspects of Israeli securities laws as well as corporate law. Together with the Chief Counsel of the ISA he co-authored the leading treatise in securities laws “Corporations and Securities”.
Moty’s extensive experience and deep understanding of local and international capital markets will position our firm as a market leader in the securities and capital markets practice area, for the benefit our clients.
