Our firm filed a motion to revoke the Tax Authority’s demand for tax amounting to NIS 245 million from Africa Israel.
In a motion filed on behalf of Extra Development and Entrepreneurship Ltd. (owned by Mr. Moti Ben-Moshe), which is acquiring Africa Israel as part of a recent creditors arrangement, it was claimed that this demand will prevent the recovery of the company and as such, the Tax Authority is not permitted to make such a demand.
Extra is represented by Partners Giora Erdinast and Raanan Kalir, together with Adv. Amit Goldman and interns Hadas Studnik, Yael Zeira and Matan Szatmary.
