Israel Legacy Partners Limited Partnership Invested in Mentfield Logistics Group (1983) Ltd. in consideration to 50% of the share capital of Menfield, involving group restructure.
Israel Legacy Partners was represented partners Yaron Sobol and Roy Gross (Financing), along with attorneys Ben Frenkel, Amit Horovitz, Alon Gibralter (Financing) from our Corporate and M&A Department, Zohar Gilran (Labor Law), and interns Amit Assayag and Shada Samara.
