Kardan Israel and Geva Real Estate will establish server farms with an investment of NIS 800 million

Kardan Israel and Geva Real Estate, have completed a transaction in the amount of NIS 90 million for the purchase of land for the establishment of a logistics center!
Kardan and Geva intend to work together with the land co-owner, Rafi Nehushtan, to establish a project that will include a logistics center, a server farm, an automatic refrigeration warehouse and a ramp structure, with an estimated investment of approximately NIS 800 million.
Kardan and Geva were represented by partners Dor Shacham and Tom Wolfstein, from our Real Estate department.
