Kardan-Geva acquire from Marni Zim 50% of a project in Kfar Saba for NIS 165 million

Kardan Re Israel Ltd. and Geva Real Estate Ltd., acquired half of the rights of Rani Zim Shopping Centers Ltd. for NIS 165 million, in a construction project in the new eastern industrial area of Kfar Saba which is expected to include commerce, logistical uses, offices and server farms.
Kardan and Geva were represented by partners Dor Shacham and Karin Bresler Morgenstern from our Real Estate Department.
