IAI buys 50% of tactical drone co BlueBird

IAI – Israel Aerospace Industries, signed an agreement for the acquisition of 50% of BlueBird Aero Systems Ltd., an Israeli company in the business of developing and exporting unmanned autonomous vehicles.
The IAI – Israel Aerospace Industries is represented by partner Roy Caner, the Head of the Hi-Tech department, and Adv. Shir Rogers, with the assistance of partner Michal Rothschild, Head of the Anti-Trust Department, and Adv. Matan Szatmary of the Labor Department.
