A plan has been approved for 3,700 housing units in the agricultural areas of Ramat Efal

Tel Aviv District Committee has approved the construction of a new residential neighborhood in southern Ramat Efal on approximately 351,000 square meters, previously used as agricultural land.

Attorneys Ronen Yardeni and Yael Urieli from the Planning and Zoning department represented Shikun & Binui in the process of initiating the plan.
