Herzliya Municipality goes to war, it will not allow construction in the airport complex
August 2021
Last week, the National Planning and Building Committee approved the construction of a new neighborhood of more than 2,000 apartments on the grounds of the Herzliya airport complex, while the local municipality announced that they oppose the plan.
Representing private owners in the complex, and those nearby, Adv. Miriam Donin-Shoob discusses this issue in an article in Globes newspaper.
“The land designated for this neighborhood is mostly state land. The local municipality has no authorization, neither statutory nor planning, to oppose the plan.”
