Guesty acquires American startup MyVR.
Guesty develops an automated system that handles all stages of renting and hosting on a variety of online platforms. MyVR allows its customers to advertise their assets on dozens of platforms simultaneously and receive orders directly through a customized website.
Guesty was represented by Partners Roy Caner and Jonathan Achiron, associate Shmarya Green, and intern Yonatan Levy.
