German Co Kap buying Haogenplast of Kibbutz Ha’ogen

KAP AG, a German publicly-traded company, acquired Haogenplast LTD. from Kibbutz HaOgen and The LAHAV FUND, for approximately NIS 150 million.
Haogenplast Ltd. manufactures advanced PVC sheets for applications in the defense, construction, agriculture, home and industrial design industries.
KAP AG was represented by partners Dan Sella, Irina (Iris) Kushel, Michal Rothschild (Competition), Amnon Sorek (Real Estate) and Eyal Birenberg, LL.M., LL.B. (Labor Law), along with attorneys Alon Abramovich, Sarai Barzel Galil, Tom Lahav, Zohar Gilran, Sarah Talisman, Tom Wolfstein, Chen Mahatabi and intern Omri Gissin.
