Israeli cultivated meat co Future Meat raises $347m

S2G Ventures and Manta Ray Ventures, invested as part of a USD 347 Million Series B Financing Round of Future Meat Technologies Ltd., making it the largest single investment round in the cultured meat industry!
Future Meat Technologies Ltd. is an Israeli biotech company, which uses animal cells and proprietary technology, to produces lab grown chicken, lamb, and beef products, effectively eliminating the need to harm animals.
S2G Ventures (who led, with EBN’s assistance, earlier rounds in the company) and Manta Ray Ventures, were represented by Partners Roy Caner and Jonathan Achiron, along with attorney Shmarya Green from our Hi-Tech and M&A Department.
