Endostream Medical $100 Million Acquisition by Kaneka

EndoStream Medical, a medical device company represented by our firm, has been acquired by the Japanese conglomerate Kaneka. Founded in 2015, EndoStream developed an innovative implant for the treatment of brain aneurysms, which is already used in hundreds of patients globally.
