El Al sells Maman stake

the largest logistics and transportation company in Israel and The Allied Group, who acquired shares from EL AL Israel Airlines Ltd. in Maman – Cargo Terminals & Handling Ltd., a public company.
The team was led by partner Yoav Dankner and attorney Iris Kushel, and supported by partners Moty Yamin and Hagar Guri of the firm’s Securities Department, as well as by Michal Rothschild and Shelly Wechselmann of the firm’s Competition Department.
