The effects of the Corona epidemic on global economy and trade, including the business sector in Israel, are increasing. Companies may face a situation that would make it difficult or impossible for them to fulfill their contractual obligations. On the other hand, many companies may be hurt by having their contractual rights violated by the other party to the contract. This situation raises many questions, including, for example, and to what extent will the defense party breach a contract following the outbreak and its consequences? What claims and remedies will stand in favor of the injured party?
