DavidShield is granted with an Insurer License

Congratulations to our client, DavidShield, which has been granted by the Israeli Capital Markets Commissioner with an approval to operate in Israel as a new insurance company. DavidShield Group, is a world leader in the fields of travel insurance and expatriate health insurance and operates in more than 150 countries. The complex process of establishing a new insurance company was led by Senior Partner Doni Toledano, Partner Nitzan Aberbach and associate Iris Kushel, of the Commercial, Mergers and Acquisitions department, together with Partner Eyal Wiesel, and associates Naomi Govrin Shwartz and Uri Bergman.
