Central District Court ruling regarding the mechanism for sending a message of refusal to receive an advertisement

Make sure your email ads comply with the current Court ruling!
In a recent decision by the Central District Court, it was ruled that requiring a recipient to click a link in order to be removed from a mailing list does not comply with Israel Spam_Law.
However, the Court ruled that an advertiser does not have to allow removal requests to be sent through a regular “reply” to the sender email address, and it can list another email address to which a removal request should be sent.
