The court ruled the allocation of the plot in Ashdod without a standard tender

The District Court denied a petition filed against a decision of the Israeli Land Authority to allocate land to our client, Maxima, without a tender process. The court rejected all of the petitioners’ claims and accepted our claims that the decision was lawful, made according to the Tenders Regulations, and based on a recommendation by the Ministry of Economy that was also approved by the Supreme Court and the District Court in previous proceedings between the parties.
