In a recent ruling by the Central District Court, the Court rejected a motion to certify a claim as a class action filed against our client “yes”, pertaining to the amounts charged by “yes” in cases where a customer fails to return equipment that was provided to the client by “yes”.
The court rejected all of the claims made by the plaintiff, and ruled that “yes” was acting lawfully.
