The court’s intervention in the stakeholder transaction should be done with restraint and caution

‘Loans taken by the banks to companies that collapsed will not be transferred to the liquidation fund’, the Supreme Court finally ruled and rejected the appeal of Adv. Yitzhak Molcho against the Discount Bank and Bank Mizrahi Tefahot in the Heftziba case – they will not be required to return NIS 100 million.
