The Administrative Court in Tel Aviv denied an administrative petition against IAI

The Administrative Court in Tel Aviv denied an administrative petition against our client, IAI – Israel Aerospace Industries, and the Ministry of Defense. The petition was directed against the decision of the Ministry of Defense to terminate its engagement with the petitioner as a supervisor over IAI’s maintenance services in connection with Israel’s ‘Airforce 1’ (Wing of Zion). The Court ruled that the decision was lawful, and awarded the IAI legal costs.
IAI was represented by our partners Ran Sprinzak and Gil Levkovitz together with our associate Jonathan Sitton.
