Competition Commissioner publishes updated draft manifesto on vertical price dictation

The Competition Commissioner, Adv. Michal Cohen has published an opinion draft statement this month concerning “Vertical Price Guarantee Arrangements (RPM)”. In it, Michal shines a spotlight on vertical price dictation – cases where one factor in the supply chain (e.g., the manufacturer or importer) dictates the price of the offered goods to another factor in the supply chain (e.g., distributor or retailer).
