Further to the difficulties facing the Israeli economy in dealing with the Coronavirus, yesterday (17.3), the Competition Commissioner issued a number of clarifications regarding the conduct of business during this period, mainly: Cooperation between business entities (including competitors), easing restrictions on merging companies prior to approval of the merger By the supervisor and maintaining competitive norms even during a crisis.
