Class action against the technology giant Apple

Israel’s Attorney General joins the plaintiff’s position in a class action filed by our firm against the technology giant Apple. The plaintiff is represented by our partners Adv. Ran Sprinzak and Almog Gil-Or, and our associates Adv. Hadas Persky, Noam Hefez and Nir Bar-On.
The Attorney General announced her support for the position that the choice of law provision in Apple’s terms of service, according to which California law shall apply to the agreement and the relationship between Apple and its Israeli users, is an oppressive term in a uniform contract. Therefore it should be annulled and the competition laws of the State of Israel should be applied to Apple.
