Ayalon Trustees acquires 50% of Engel Insurance Agency

Engel Insurance Agency and Underwriting, signed an investment and share purchase agreement with Ayalon Trustees, one of the largest insurance agencies in Israel and part of the Ayalon Insurance Company Ltd.
Engel Insurance Agency is a long-standing insurance agency that operates in all insurance fields, and is specifically active in the field of risk management.
Engel Insurance Agency was represented by attorneys Roy Gross, Ben Frenkel and Jonathan Achiron, together with intern Yossi BenShimol.
