Are you providing products and services to your customers homes? You should read this update.
A recent judgment of the Tel Aviv District Court (CA 56044-11-20 Rahman v. Shufersal Inc.) examined the obligations imposed by the antidiscrimination and consumer legislation on a business owner which provides products to the costumer’s home.
We recommend our clients to verify that their publications regarding the supply of products and services, as well as their agreements with their clients, include a clear reference to the limitations on the place of supply of products and services.
