The Gibui Holdings affair: The court appointed Adv. Raanan Kalir as temporary trustee for Gibui Group companies

The Tel Aviv-Jaffa District Court appointed Adv. Raanan Kalir (jointly with CPA Itzik Idan) as trustee for the various companies forming part of the Gibui Group, which is controlled by Gibui Holdings Ltd., a public company engaged in extension of off-bank credit, having debts towards banks and its debenture and bond holders in excess of NIS 200 million.
