APAX FUND ENTERS INTO NON-BANK CREDIT

AMI Fund, the Private Equity Fund advised by APAX Partners, will purchase shares of SR Accord Ltd., a public company traded on the TASE and one of Israel’s largest non-bank credit companies, in an amount of up to NIS128M.
AMI was represented by Doni Toledano, Head of the Corporate and M&A Department, Lior Oren, Senior Partner in the Corporate and M&A Department and the Associates Iris Kushel and Uri Bregman.
