4iG Telecom buys majority stake in Spacecom
Space-Communication Ltd., sold 51% of its share capital to a subsidiary of 4iG Plc., a leading Hungarian IT & telecommunication company the shares of which are traded on the Budapest Stock Exchange, in consideration for NIS 221 million.
Space-Communication, traded on the TASE, is a satellite communication service provider with customers located in Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia. The company owns and operates the AMOS satellite fleet.
Space-Communication was represented in the transaction by Doni Toledano, Shay Dayan and Alon Abramovich of our M&A Department, Moty Yamin, Hagar Guri-Greenboim and Meni Kogan of our Capital Markets Department, Raanan Kalir of our Restructuring & Insolvency Department and intern Stav Levy.
