100 Hamsa +H.I. = transparency and equality

In recent years, we have witnessed cases in which a significant gap exists between the wages of female and male workers. In order to deal with this situation, the Knesset enacted this week an amendment to the “Equal Pay for Men and Women Workers Law”. The amendment is intended to promote transparency in the workplace in relation to the wage data of the employed and thus reduce the wage gender gaps that exist.
