Our Firm represented Mashav Initiating and Development Ltd. (the parent company of Nesher Israel Cement Enterprises Ltd.) in an agreement with a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yaacobi Brothers Group (YSB) Ltd. for the establishment of a joint venture through a joint private company, whose shares will be held in equal parts by the parties, and which will operate in the field of contaminated soil treatment.
