The Israeli Ministry of Communication recently announced comprehensive regulatory reforms that it plans to complete in the coming months, including a “revolution” in the regulatory regime of telecommunication services and the establishment of a new committee to formulate a unified regulation of traditional media (broadcasters, cable & satellite services) and internet-based content services (such as CellcomTV, PartnerTV, Netflix, or Apple TV Plus).
