Long-term lease in Tel Hashomer

Harel Insurance & Finance, extended senior debt credit facilities in an amount of NIS 700 million to a company of the Hanan Mor Group Holdings Ltd (HNMR), for financing the development, construction and operation of a project comprised of 247 residential units designated for long term lease in Tel HaShomer.
Harel Insurance & Finance was represented by partner Uri Mandel and associate Oren Tal, from our Project Finance, Energy and Infrastructure Department.
