Congratulations to our client LeddarTech- Automotive Software: Low-Level Sensor Fusion & Perception , who we had the privilege of representing in its entering into a business combination with SPAC Prospector Capital Corp.
LeddarTech Inc. develops and provides sensor fusion and perception software technology for autonomous vehicles and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), and has a subsidiary in Israel Vayavision Sensing Ltd.
Our team was comprised of Yael Benyayer, Dan Sella and Atara Danino Yaul from the corporate department (with the assistance of Nitzan Aberbach and Shay Dayan), Dr. Eran Lempert and Tal Alon from our tax department, Eyal Birenberg, LL.M., LL.B. from our employment department, Lior Etgar from our privacy department, and intern Bar Stern.
