1-800 CONTACTS Group, the largest retail contact lens retailer in the U.S., and the private equity fund AEA Investors LP, Purchased by the private equity fund KKR & Co. Inc..
1-800 Contacts Group and AEA Investors were represented by Doni Toledano, Head of M&A, and the Finance and Banking Department of the firm, as well as by partners Nitzan Aberbach and Jonathan Achiron, along with attorneys Lior Etgar and Shani Even-Zahav, and with the assistance of legal intern Gilad Krigner.
