Kardan Israel and Geva Real Estate are purchasing land in Holon
April, 2022.
Kardan Re and Geva Real Estate Ltd., in an acquisition of approximately half the rights of Inter Real Estate Y.A. Ltd, in an Option to purchase for the sum of NIS 93 million a land measuring 9.6 acres, located in Merkava street, Holon.
Kardan Israel Ltd. and Geva Real Estate Ltd. were represented by Partners Dor Shacham and Karin Bresler Morgenstern, and Associate Adi Herzig from our Real Estate Department.
