Israeli cybersecurity co Orchestra acquires Netformx

Orchestra Group, has completed a deal to acquire Netformx that will expand its information security platform, enable it to discover network vulnerabilities, and increase its global footprint.
Netformx is an innovative solutions provider that simplifies IT sales complexity and increases seller profitability.
Orchestra was represented by partner Viva Gayer and attorney Sarai Barzel Galil from our Corporate and M&A Department.
