Golan Cinema in Or Yehuda was sold for NIS 45 million

35 years after it has been deserted, Golan Cinema in Or Yehuda was sold for NIS 45 million. The cinema, which was owned by the Golan family, closed its gates in 1984, and the building remained deserted to this day. Nowadays, construction rights allows the construction of a 17-story building. The seller was represented by Roy Harash, Head of the Real Estate Department in our firm, Roy Gross, Partner in the Banking & Finance Department, Associate Baruch Zacks and the intern Bar Rozov.
