Generation acquires 25% of Electra’s energy storage facility at Gilboa for NIS 220 million
Electra Ltd., has signed an agreement to sell 25.5% of its shares in PSP Investments Ltd. to the Infrastructure and Energy Fund Generation Capital, for NIS 220 million.
PSP Investments is the owner of a hydroelectric pumped-storage power plant located in the Gilboa area with an installed capacity of 300 megawatts. This is the first facility in Israel to operate via a pumped-storage method.
