EBN represented Permira in a US$1.9 Billion transaction for the sale of its holdings in Netafim to Mexichem

EBN has represented private equity fund, Permira, in the sale of all of its holdings (approximately 61%) in iconic drip irrigation pioneer Netafim to Mexichem, a Mexican public company for US $1.9 billion.
This is one of the largest and most complex transactions in the Israeli economy in 2017.
The transaction was led by partners – Doni Toledano, Nitzan Aberbach, Roy Caner, Lior Oren, Dan Sela, Yoav Dankner, Roy Harash and Michal Rothschild, together with lawyers in the Real Estate department, the Litigation Department, the Employment department and the Antitrust department.
