Dor Alon buys 50% of BBB burger chain

The agreement values BBB at approximately NIS 150 million; Approximately NIS 75 million shall be paid by Dor Alon to the founding shareholders of BBB.
BBB is a company that operates about 100 hamburger restaurants throughout the country, in 3 different chains, including Burgerim; Moses; BBB, and a large club that includes about 750,000 customers.
Dor Alon was represented by Adv. Alon Binyamini together with Adv. Amir Algazi, with the assistance of Adv. Miriam Kleinberger-Attar, Nisreen Mansour, Guy Engel, Lior Etgar, and intern Dana Katzman.
