Blue Square Real Estate Ltd (BLSR) controlled by Mr. Moti Ben Moshe, owner of one half of TLV Fashion Mall, acquires the other half!
Congratulations to our client, Blue Square Real Estate Ltd., which signed a deal to acquire the other 50% of GINDI Group’s shares in TLV Fashion mall for 225 million NIS, and additional direct permutations such as discharging Gindi Group from prior guarantees.
Blue Square Real Estate Ltd. was represented by Alon Binyamini, Partner and co-head of EBN’s Insolvency and Restructuring group, together with attorney Asaf Skarbnik and intern Dorin Pinkas. Also, took part Michal Rothschild, Partner and head of EBN’s Competition and Antitrust department, attorney Shelley Wechselmann, and Lior Etgar advised on this monumental transaction in the sector.
