Bizzabo buys Israeli virtual events platform Teevid

Bizzabo Ltd. purchased all of TeeVid’s proprietary technology and intellectual property for video editing, production and broadcasting.
This is Bizzabo’s third acquisition in a five-month period. By this acquisition, the company will enable marketers and conference organizers to produce and broadcast content at virtual conferences at a television production level.
Bizzabo Ltd. Was represented by partner Viva Gayer, attorneys Ben Frenkel and Shere Danino, from our Corporate and M&A Department, along with interns Asaf Hadar and Amit Davidson.
