ARBS Real Estate USA Holdings LLC. invested in a joint venture to build a 22-story student housing project

ARBS Real Estate USA Holdings LLC, has invested USD 32.75 million in a joint venture that is building a USD 220 million 22-story student housing project in Miami-Dade County, USA, consisting of 934 units and 648 parking lots; and a USD 15 million investment in a joint venture that purchased the “Pepper Building”, a landmark building in Philadelphia, USA, consisting of 184 units, in consideration to approximately USD 100 million.
