Approval of New Privacy Regulations to Retain the Adequacy Status of Israel under GDPR

The Knesset’s Constitution Committee has approved new privacy protection regulations to enhance the legal protection of individuals’ privacy rights, in light of recent audit the European Commission conducted regarding the adequacy status Israel received under the GDPR.
